“I would not recommend staying at Imperial Suites. We left within 10 minutes of arriving because the property was not what we expected. The outside appeared very run down, and there were people standing around the property, which made us uncomfortable. The area did not feel safe. The room itself had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The shower head and ceiling appeared damaged, with visible cracks. “BEAUTIFUL ROOM!”

“The Hotel itself was not as depicted in the online photos, both indoor and outdoor were very unappealing. I booked the King Suite with jetted hot tub. During check in the staff were very condescending and rude as well as unhelpful. The walk to the room was very eye opening. Trash bins in the hall full of garbage. The reek of marijuana and the stench of mildew”

“The room was dirty. The floor has some kind of water damage, or something. When you walk down the hallway is like walking in a creepy fun house. The floor is severally uneven. The room smelled like mildew and it didn't come with soap, or towels. The only thing that wasn't awful was breakfast and that was because of the scrambled eggs. Everything else also sucked. Definitely don't recommend unless everything else is booked already. Not worth your money at all.”

“The staff and rooms were nice. The included parking and breakfast made this a great place to stay as well! The hallways gave the hotel an older vibe, but nothing too bad. The pool was small and was overcrowded while we were there, so we didn’t utilize it.”
