Case vacanze a Lower Manhattan

“Photos do not correspond to the ones on website. Rooms are old and dirty. Every day I had to request towels and cleaning the room otherwise they would not do it. Customer service promises to help but did not.”

“Struttura comoda per raggiungere le varie parti della città, a dieci minuti da tre linee della metro. Pulita ma negli ultimi due giorni non sono state fatte le pulizie. Qualche problema a mettersi in contatto con i gestori che per un giorno e mezzo non hanno risolto il problema. Comunque da consigliare.”

“Gli spazi comuni molto utili e funzionali, ottimo per essere a New York”

“Everything was great”

“It is the perfect location. Very clean. Very safe. Would stay forever if i could.”

“It was terrific to stay in Chinatown . A nice neighborhood feel. Don’t be disuaded by the entryway - apartment is clean and comfortable. Mattresses are incredibly comfortable. Quiet at night . I may have slept better here than at home. The host was easy to get in touch with when I had a question . Highly recommended.”

“Great location for all your needs. Very quiet which was a huge bonus. Great communicaton was most helpful .”

The host repeatedly acknowledged there was an AC problem and told us a technician would come, but no one ever arrived during...

“**Public Service Announcement: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST**This was one of the most horrific rental experiences I have ever had.The problems started the moment we arrived. The apartment's doorknob was visibly broken. When I contacted the host through the VRBO messaging system, she immediately tried to move the conversation to WeChat, which was the first major red flag. She then sent me a separate text message from her personal phone requesting payment through Zelle, which is clearly against VRBO...

“We enjoyed our stay! It's a perfect location and we loved the appartment. Extra the rooftop and the gym *****”

“This is a great old building in a great lower Manhattan location. Owner provided everything in the apartment to make it an excellent stay. Lots of natural light and views of lower New York. ”
