“The hotel was beautifully renovated my as my room was equally beautiful balcony, a beautiful view of Boca grande check-in was beautiful. My receptionist was amazing… sad to say on my last day I decided to go up on the 14th floor to the pool area my partner I was sunbathing. We were the only one at the pool area at the time five staff members decided to come and have a 20 minute loud conversation adjacent to where we were sitting when there was no one else in the pool area and they could’ve done...

“Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pool area was nice and cool. The only thing was the mattress was too firm. Other than that I have complaints about the amenities. ”
