Questo condominio di lusso 3 camere da letto si trova sul Simpson Bay Lagoon nella Comunità AquaMarina e ha una vista incredibile su ogni camera. Il condominio si trova a 200 metri quadrati con 5 balconi. Ci sono belle viste di acqua (Oceano Atlantico, Mar dei Caraibi, Simpson Bay Lagoon e il campo da golf baia di triglie) da tutte le camere. Le viste includono Simpson Bay sul lato olandese così come Sandy Bay e Marigot sul lato francese e l'isola di Anguilla al largo della costa.

Il condominio è ideale per una famiglia con le sue 3 camere da letto che vogliono trascorrere vacanze indimenticabili in una splendida posizione. Il condominio ha tutti i comfort di casa con una cucina completamente attrezzata, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, lavanderia e tre bagni e un 1/2 bagni. Ci sono doppie porte scorrevoli in vetro fuori della stanza da letto e soggiorno per i balconi che prevede una unità piena di luce.
I balconi si può godere tutto il giorno in cui sono al riparo dal sole del pomeriggio e ci sono raffreddamento brezza tropicale.

Beautiful property with great location to shops and restaurants. Secure and clean property. We loved the pool and outdoor area. We were 3 couples so bedroom and baths were perfect. Comfortable and all the amenities you could want in the kitchen. We utilized the outdoor grill almost everyday. We enjoyed our stay and the concierge Stacey was great.

The unit is even nicer than the photos show! We loved the open space, large kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. Our favorite part was the outdoor area to lounge and the pool and views were incredible. Definitely will rebook again!

This villa was a perfect spot for our holiday get away. We spent most of our time on the expansive patio, overlooking the lagoon. Lots of comfortable seating/chaise options on the patio. The first floor is the open concept living area with ample seating in the living room. Up to date and modern kitchen with all that you need (along with a large grill on the deck). Overall it was light and airy. Ample A/C in this area….or turn it off and open up fully the patio sliders to welcome in the breeze. The lower level contained the three bedrooms and three full baths. Two of the baths were en suite, the middle room was a cross the hall. Rooms were spacious and had ample A/C. Each bedroom had a slider to the lower level grass area. The location can’t be beat. You are near Maho beach 1.5 miles away. Mullet Bay Beach…about the same distance. Cupecoy is only a couple of miles further up the road from Mullet bay beach. Super close to the airport, without the hub of the airport. And the views of the lagoon looking toward Anguilla in the distance, Marigot, and the mountains make this place a stand out. One thing I would recommend is getting more than one key to the villa. We made it work, but it would have been easier if there were a couple given out at check in along with an emergency one in the lock box…if we needed that we had to use What’sApp to get the code.

Exceptional accommodations in paradise!

We had the best time! The home was comfortable, modern, spacious, had all the amenities one could want! Was very safe! Our 18-21 year old kids felt safe going out on town and walk back at night! The pool is refreshing! Traveled all around the island! Close to Maho Beach, Mullet Beach, Cupacoy, and Simpson Bay! Markets were close!

Upscale Rental, Fantastic Property!

This property was everything it promised and we had our best stay in St. Martin yet (8 times we have visited this island for vacation). To me the two best beaches on the island are Mullet Bay and Bae Rouge and this property is literally minutes from both. This condo is in Cupecoy and has magnificent views of the ocean, marina and pool. We spent hours just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the breeze and view. Interior is upscale with flat panel tvs in every room with ample internet service. Laundry in the unit and all supplies needed come with the rental. And lets not forget we got the best property managers we have had on the island. John and his wife, with Smart Vacations, made sure this unit was loaded with supplies to last our 2 week stay and met us on arrival and departure along with checking with us to make sure everything was going well. Well done...we will be back :) - Tony and Helene

Beautiful condo close to the best beach in St. Martin

Nothing can beat the views and the ambiance of this condo. We have stayed before, and we will stay again! Every room of the condo was comfortable, spacious and spotless. The kitchen has everything I need to cook and serve meals. The welcome drinks that was really appreciate. John and Ophelie, the managers were there to greet us on arrival and were very helpful throughout our stay. The six of us couldn't have been happier with our vacation here and will return this year

High floor big appartement with view over the ocean and parts of SXM. Very modern appartement with everything we needed. Jonathan and Ophelia met us at the car rental and showed us the way to the appartement. This was a perfect stay.

Amazing View

We had a blast in this fabulous condo that has an amazing view. It is incredible to see both sunrise and sunset from the living room. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay. It has a lot of light, and every room has plenty of space. We recommend to rent a car if you stay in this condo, even though you can walk to some beaches nearby, Saint Maarten has a lot to see and everything is nearby when you are driving. It is a 5 minute drive to the grocery store and also near to shops and restaurants. Ophelie and John were great hosts giving us a lot of tips for our stay in St. Maarten. If we have a chance to return we definitely will stay here.

It's been 15 years that I go to Sin Maarten, I rented many places and this one is the BEST! Magnificent view, very spacious and comfortable condo, large balconies. 3 big bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms, modern furniture, excellent Wi-Fi connection and very well located. Gated community and very luxurious. The hosts, Ophélie and John are amazing, always available and they know the island inside out. I would definitely go back and recommend this great place!

Paradise in St Martin

Best Holidays

We stayed a week in the condo and we were so sad to live this great condo. The location closed to Maho and Mullet Beach is great. Extremely friendly and helpful owner and excellent value for money. We had an amazing stay, everything was perfect! Especially the gorgeous view!
