The use of raw wood, neutral textiles, and natural greenery breathe life into the space creating a rustic, cozy, & relaxed atmosphere. Private patio accompanied by outdoor seating, plants & privacy for you to enjoy some quality time outdoors comfortably. Perfect little getaway for one or two to comfortably enjoy!

This property is exactly as pictured. The host was extremely attentive. A bag of ice in the freezer and Starbucks coffee grounds was a nice touch. Bed was comfy. The back alley parking was extremely convenient.

I love the whole VRBO process, and Christian is know for his easy and clean rentals. Smooth here as always. This is my second stay in this property, and I'll likely be back again!

We enjoyed a cozy stay at this beautiful guest house. The check-in process was very convenient and it was the perfect overnight stay on our long road trip. The shower is a tall-person's dream and my 6'4 husband and I both really enjoyed it! The bedding was very comfortable as well and the coffee was delicious.

This had everything I needed for a great weekend visiting my son. The bed and pillows were comfy, and there was some extra coffee to get me through. Hosts were responsive and helpful.

Went to see my girlfriend and this house was perfect for us to spend some time together. Property was very nice and very clean. The area was close to whatever one may need. Hosts were responsive though I didn’t need to bother them on this trip. All in all an outstanding experience and I would stay there again any time

Everything was fine. Great location to campus etc. Bath tub is very slick when standing in it to shower. Could easily slip if not really careful. Driveway was very muddy due to recent rains. Gravel topping would solve that issue. But, all in all a nice place to stay.

This cute tiny home was exactly as it was described. It was perfect for my husband and I. We stayed 3 nights and loved the close proximity to campus, but far enough to be peaceful at night. It had everything we needed. The hosts were communicative, but we didn't need anything, all the furnishings were at our finger tips.

They neighborhood was not my favorite. I did love the alley access, however it needs to be cleaned up a bit! Overall, I absolutely loved this place and will use them again while visiting my daughter at Texas Tech. The travel time to the university is perfect!

We went to Lubbock to see our daughters new place and spend time with her for Father's Day. She has been in Lubbock for 2 years now and is a graduate from Texas Tech with her bachelor degree. She was moving from an apartment into a house 2 blocks away from this little place. I thought this was handy and cut down on a lot of driving. It was adorable.

This was a quiet, restful place to stay for 2 days. The bed was oh so comfortable and I loved the parking and sitting area in the back right next to the tiny house. There is a full size refrigerator/freezer and stove if you want to cook which was perfect for my needs.
