At check-in was asked if I was able to navigate the stairs. Hmm...turns out elevator was not in working order and never worked during our 2 day stay. So we lugged our belongings up and down plus going up and down each time we left the facility. No mention of any compensation for this inconvenience. Also asked to put $25 charge on my credit card "for extras(?)" When questioned was told it was for "incidentals (?). Still no clue what that was for exactly. Cold water tap at the sink was either not working or dribbled out minute amounts of water. No one came to adjust or fix. No kleenex tissue in the box, and no one from house keeping appeared to fix that small problem. The breakfast was sparse...no waffles, no yogurt, 1 of 4 juice choices inoperable, eggs/sausage not appealing or fresh looking. If you liked dry cereal then you were in heaven. The doorknob at the top of the stairs (second floor) was completely missing and frame was damaged, You opened that door by putting your finger/hand in the hole and pulling. There was a definite language barrier upon checkin and a young lady was in training evidently which added to the confusion. At checkout a different employee took my key but said she wasnt able to give me a receipt...just said "you are good to go." All in all not a good experience. Have stayed there multiple times in past but admit it has been a few years. However it appears to have gone downhill and I will not be their customer in the future.
