Medical District-Caprock House

We are pleased to welcome you to the Caprock House. Enjoy a cozy home, centrally located within minutes to Texas Tech University, Covenant Hospital, and University Medical Center. Your stay will have the conveniences of shopping, necessities, and local favorites within blocks along 34th street. This house has plenty of space to accommodate many sleepers offering 3 bedrooms, a game room with full laundry and an additional single day-bed.

Lovely home in the middle of town

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely ranch style home in the middle of town. The host provided everything you need in the kitchen to make meals including a BBQ grill. The neighborhood was quiet and the accommodations comfortable. We will definitely be repeat giests

Cozy, comfortable stay

Our family stayed here to attend my daughter’s Dec graduation from TTU. It was a perfect location and so comfortable for our family of 9. The living room has great space and the most comfy couches. Great sleeping spaces in the bedrooms with comfy beds. Loved the little “game room” with foos ball, board games & an extra day bed. There is only one bathroom but it is good sized and we did not find that to be a problem for our group. The back yard is beautiful. Covered patio with lights a huge plus & the weather was nice for us to enjoy that patio the afternoon after her graduation. There were snacks, a bottle of wine & a nice coffee bar for us to enjoy in the kitchen. The only thing I would suggest would be a slightly larger kitchen table as there was just a smaller round table to seat 4 but we made it work. Everything was very clean & the house was very cozy. For the most part, the neighborhood was pretty quiet—with the exception of one neighbor partying until 4am but that only happened once. There is also plenty of parking in the driveway. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place if you have a larger family!
