Spark Getaways: The Ricardo

Gorgeous 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home in highly desirable Brooke Heights near all of the new Lubbock growth. Built in 2013, this home features stainless appliances, granite countertops, plantation shutters, a large outdoor patio with a TV, and a 2 car garage. With over 1800 square feet, you'll have room to stretch out and enjoy your stay in Lubbock. Enjoy four 4K televisions with streaming Youtube TV Service. This home is less than a mile from Walmart, HEB, Academy, as well as many dining options. You will enjoy the entire home, minus 2 locked storage closets. Please message during your stay if you need anything. Our digital locks allow you to have a seamless check in and out experience. Located in the beautiful Brooke Heights neighborhood, you are free to enjoy the neighborhood park which is less than 1 block from the home. Less than 15 minute drive to Texas Tech, BASF, AT&T, Covenant, and UMC as well as less than a mile from many dining and retail shops.

Great place!

This is a very nice, comfortable, and clean home in a great location with probably the most thoughtful owners/hosts of the many rentals I have used. I appreciated the easy check-in (which was available early, by the way!), being able to use the garage, and not having a list of chores to do at check-out. One of the best places I have stayed.

Our sons wedding

We needed a home for our 3 night stay for our sons wedding . It was in the perfect location a few min from our friends home where we had the rehearsal dinner and 5 min from the wedding venue . It was very comfortable and very nice . Beautiful master bathroom to get ready in as well. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. Great home to stay in and close to everything you need . Will stay here again .

Great property!

Excellent Accommodations

The house was very clean and in excellent condition. Everything was just as advertised. Was in town with my siblings to celebrate our mother’s 90th birthday, and this was the perfect place. The hosts were very responsive and kind. Thank you for the great stay!

First of all, this is the cleanest place I've ever stayed in! The hosts were amazing and very quick to respond. The home was beautiful and exactly what we needed when our adult children met us in Lubbock. Thank you for your hospitality and we will definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed.

We went to Lubbock due to a family emergency with my daughter being flown Roswell, New Mexico to UMC in preterm labor. This home was exactly what we needed to be able rest and feel “at home” during the terrifying and stressful days. The beds were great. Perfect location. And the little park right down the street was great for my 5 year old granddaughter who was cooped up way too long in car rides and hospital rooms. Highly recommended!
