Motel a Lubbock

“The room had an awful cigarette smell even when the room was non smoking, but overall clean. The guy at the office was very nice. He was nice enough to let us check in early without extra fees, but the neighbors were very disrespectful staying out in the parking lot very late making noise, kids crying and yelling all night, didn't rest at all. A plus was that it's pet friendly but even my dogs were anxious with all the wall banging.”

“This was the worst property you can ever imagine. Lots of carpet stains. Big rip in carpet. Holes in walls. Massive rust in bathroom. Club chair had major stains. No amenities provided. Dead roaches on floor, plus I was awakened four times in the night by roaches crawling on me. Terrible place.”

“This hotel needs work to be done. The TV was not operating because it was not a TV but a Roku and required whether antenna/cable or registration with Roku. The A/C was only giving out fan not cool air. The staff did not know the condition of the A/C before giving the room key to the host and could not operate the Rocku. The refrigerator is a very old unit and barely can keep food cold and had no freezer. Beside these three issues other aspect of the hotel was acceptable. I only needed a room to...
