Hotel a Luckney

“Really enjoyed the accommodations they gave us.”

“No rolling carts for luggage. Really? They said they had 3 but I searched every floor. Other than that, good place.”

“Tv didn’t work, there was an option to use YouTube or Netflix but that wasn’t available. There was also only 4 channels that worked. There’s free coffee, but the machine didn’t work. The towels in the room had hair stuck in them, so we had to get new ones and check those. One of the chairs was filled with white/greyish spots. The front desk person (forgot their name) was very sweet though”

“I was disappointed because there was no where to put our clothes (no closet, no hangers, no iron or ironing board). There was 1 very small drawer & 3 knobs to hang something on above it(I hung my purse on it). The ventilator in the bathroom was hanging from the ceiling. It was previously taped with black electric tape. We let the front desk know & someone came & taped it back up. Before checkout (day 2), the tape was no longer holding it, so it was hanging from the ceiling again”

“Very nice place, only thing I can say that’s negative, is they didn’t have just regular black tea on the breakfast buffet, only spiced tea bags. I don’t drink coffee, sooo with no tea with caffeine really put a damper on my morning wake up mood…..met a couple more people in the dining room wanting just regular black tea without all that fancy additives, when I asked the front desk they said they just buy whatever from Walmart and till it’s gone they won’t purchase anymore….hello doesn’t that...

“Room was clean, front desk was very friendly, definitely worth the price for a one night stay passing through. Breakfast was minimal.”

“The staff overall was nice the room was cleaned nicely but the room was very hot the air didn’t too much work and the some of our towels had holes in them. Also very noisy on the 3rd floor sounded like a football team was there”

“L’hotel è in una posizione molto comoda lungo il Natchez trace parkway vicino alla capitale dello stato del Mississippi Jackson. Non mancano ristoranti e caffè di tutti i tipi a due passi. La camera è attrezzata come un miniappartamento ed è sempre disponibile per i clienti il caffè in reception. Pulizia impeccabile.”

“Sheets appeared clean but thats all i can say about room! Chewing gum stick to wall, no soap for shower, door would not lock, AC extremely noisy and wouldn’t cool, spider in bathtub, empty beer cans in breezeway. I know it was a cheaper hotel, but come on!”

“This was the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms were perfect. And staff couldn’t have been any nicer. Breakfast was great. I’ll be back!”

“Pool wasn’t available due to not being cleaned. Room was not ready 6:20pm when we arrived. Very disappointed.”

“I want to file a complaint on the Sparks manager she was very rude and unruly and told me an untruth about a situation I was looking for my medicine and she said the manager would be there I mean the the housekeeping manager will be there Thursday at 9:00 but when I went there cuz I have been calling and she was hanging the phone up in my face and when I got there she said the manager was not there he told me she didn't have my medicine”
