“Very Pleasant employee building smelled nice and it was not far from everything we needed.”

“Wonderful hotel! Everything was very clean, staff was very nice and accommodating. Our studio suite had everything you need, pots and pans, glassware (no wine glasses) cooking utensils etc..The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice and always clean. This will definitely be our go to hotel whenever we are in Missoula. ”

“Only there for one night but property was in great shape. I left medication in the refrigerator accidentally when I flew out of the airport. They found it and kept it cold and safe until my grandson could retrieve it for me. The staff are kind and were trustworthy for my stay. ”

“This is a great hotel in a good location and the friendliest staff. The rooms and beds were amazingly comfortable. Good coffee and hot breakfast in the morning too. The only reason I’m giving 4 starts is because there were some hot water issues, where the shower only got luke warm. The staff went above and beyond to help remedy the situation though and I would absolutely stay here again. ”

“The hot tub wasn’t working which was most of the reason that I booked this hotel. There was SO much noise all night (like 9 PM through until 5 AM). There was a group of teenagers staying who quite literally screamed up and down the hallway, as well as directly outside of the first floor windows all night. No one from the hotel provided any kind of noise control. Additionally there was a car doing donuts and revving his engine in the parking lot all through the early hours of the morning, which I...

“The staff at the desk were super awesome. And the beds felt amazing. The bathroom chair wasn’t the greatest for someone in a wheelchair. And they are getting rid of them. ”

“When we arrived, the room was dirty. There were muddy footprints in the room, the toilet was clogged, and there was poop in it. We were disgusted and immediately left. ”
