“The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant.”

The breakfast can't fault it The room had spiders that night and there's a buildup of dust all around the edges and corners of the room. Apart from that we had a comfortable night sleep. The pillows and beds are the most comfortable I have come across in hotels.”
