Hotel vicino a Luna Pier Public Beach -

“I booked this room on Expedia and received confirmation in the morning of my reservation. At 6 PM I went to check in and was told my reservation was canceled. Of course, all they had were the Jacuzzi rooms which were more than double the price that I was quoted. I had to call several hotels to find one that had a room. I had an event that I had to be at at 8 PM and had to really scramble and was very stressed afterward. Just terrible”

“Room was large, clean other than the fridge still had some drinks left from the last people. Standard king room with jacuzzi tub in the bathroom only had a window with only shower screen between it and the rest of the room which is weird. All in all it’s great value for what they charge. ”

“Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. ”

“Room was over all clean. The receptionist was amazing. My room key wouldn’t work so she moved me to another room. Upgraded me to a suite. ”

“There were roaches! They made me pay in cash. I checked out early and they refused to refund me my money. It is next to a strip club so it doesn’t feel very safe. The room cleaner slammed on the door so loud I was woken up (i was working night shift). All of the staff was rude. The rooms look like they haven’t been updated in 30 years. I found hairs and dust all over. One of the staff walked into the room and even whipped there finger across some dust and said the room was clean. I have never...

“I live for fresh ground coffee. Having a coffee machine that does that in the lobby made my weekend easier. I lived the breakfast. Internet was tricky but I figured it out. My ps5 was able to hook up Efficiently and stream media. Location seems nice. Not a lot of great food choices within a few miles but was able to order Howies pizza and was fine. Literally across the street from the Detroit beach. Super clean. Super nice. Will return. ”
