“Excellent customer service from Bobbi Sue! Wicked clean cabin and I felt like we were treated like royalty. Loved hanging out in the Adirondack chairs on the cabin deck and watching the wildlife in the private lake. Also, the outdoor fire was raging and was perfect for our marshmallows and s'mores sticks that are in the office! Would hands down stay at this property again and definitely plan to in the future. ”

“All the creature comforts of home. Donna greeted us at check in. Answered all our questions and gave us a tour of their cabin. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at the stars. The katydids were in full chorus throughout our stay.The entire cabin was clean, extra pillows &blankets, beach towels and anything we needed. “We’ve coming to this property for three years. It’s always been a fun experience. The property management has improved dramatically—I give it a 10/10. Not for the faint of heart. This tucked away cabin is surrounded by nature, with the night spookiness of creaking floors, pitch black outdoors. It’s almost impossible to sleep with the deep silence and nature sounds at night, including bears. It’s a good stay for a bigger family.”

“Renter beware. This is a transformed shed. The loft with a mattress is a box storage area. Not for people of size or age. The second bed is a small futon. River is not accessible because of erosion and broken glass. The river at this spot is not a place to swim because of debris building materials and car parts . The river view is spectacular and bird watching was good. A few other things but the owner said he would address those issues. Then weather was great! ”

“Beautiful home with everything we could’ve imagined, and more. So many nice touches. Everything was very clean and neat and new. Clear instructions were marked on items that required them. We enjoyed the fire pit, wrap around porch etc. We visited friends in Bethlehem and did hikes activities etc in Franconia Notch. We would definitely love to come back to this house another time!”

“My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The house had all the amenities we needed plus more, and we were actually surprised at how much storage there was. The inside had a modern appliances and a natural wood finish, great AC, WiFi, etc. The location was also awesome, just a few minutes away from several great hikes and natural waterfalls. We definitely hope to come back!”

"In viaggio fra le white Mountains in periodo di “foliage” abbiamo pernottato presso questo hotel un po’ discosto dalle direttrici più frequentate. Una strada in salita fiancheggiata da rare abitazioni conduce all’hotel. Piuttosto scenografico l’impatto esterno. Una grande dimora storica in legno, tipica della zona. Gli interni riportano un po’ indietro nel tempo con il loro fascino retrò e con qualche comodità in meno. Pulizia migliorabile. Nell’insieme abbiamo comunque apprezzato. Possibilità di consumare una rapida cena in loco. Rapporto qualità /prezzo buono visto il periodo scelto per il soggiorno"
