Complessi di appartamenti a Luquillo

“I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach, restaurants, and other amenities. The building felt very secure, and the host was incredibly helpful, even providing great restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again in the future!”

“Everything was perfect! Not too clean but great view! Besides the water service issue half in our stay. But the host offer us other place to stay.”

“We had a great stay. The condo was immaculately clean and fully stocked, from beach necessities such as chairs, cooler, boogie boards and snorkeling gear to cooking utensils. We always had hot water and the water pressure was excellent. The AC units worked extremely well. I was a little nervous I wouldn't be able to figure out the key pick BUT Rios instructions were perfect and we had no issues at all. Read the directions carefully and you will be fine. The pool was open, clean and the water was...

“My daughter and I just spent a week and had a great time. It is a good location, close to the kiosks and Luquillo beach. The beach in front of our condo was red flagged but a short walk away we could swim. The water was clear and the waves were nice. The condo had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony morning and evening! The air conditioning in the bedroom was good for sleeping, but the other room always had a breeze and was pleasant. We would recommend it to our friends!”

“The condo was conveniently located about a 3 minute walk from the beach. There were plenty of stores nearby and the location was perfect for visiting El Yunque. I got plenty of exercise walking up and down 4 flights of stairs! It was also great to have a parking spot designated for the condo. The host was very responsive. The condo was equipped with most everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“Super cute and comfortable place with modern appliances and a great location within walking distance of the beach. I really enjoyed my stay and felt right at home. I would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it!”

“I highly recommend staying here! The place was clean and comfortable. It's a very short walk to the beach. Sue was a wonderful host. She had things you might forget to pack, or might not have been able to travel with like beach chairs, sunscreen, and towels. If we ever come back to Luquillo, we would definitely look to stay here again!”

“I'm just saying, the beds were awesome!! Firm bedding, nice pillows, fresh cotton sheets. A/C in all 3 bedrooms was a must and a plus. Could have used one in living room but fan was good enough. Host was accessible by phone. Parking garage was a bit tricky. The lobby, which is on main level is where the elevator is so put peeps and luggage out 1st before parking.”

“Our family of five stayed for one night, and it was a perfect place to land after a day at El Yunque. We walked along the beach to dinner (with a view). The condo had everything we needed, and we had great communication throughout. We would definitely book it again.”

“Loved my stay here! Place had everything I was looking for. The view from the balcony was amazing! Loved having access to the beach. Definitely not for swimming used it more to lay out and just dip my feet in. Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. ”

“Great location with amazing views.”

“The property was well decorated and the AC worked well. Everything you would need in the kitchen was supplied.”

“Best place to stay in Aquatika, Loíza! The apartment was as pictured with all of the amenities listed and more, the place was catered for our comfort, and they thought about everything that we could possibly need. The owners are very quick to respond, are friendly and attentive. The whole complex felt very safe and it was quiet. Great for a relaxing getaway! The pools were clean, the beach was swimmable, and they even had a little restaurant where you could buy food next to the pools, which was...
