“Property located in a nice area by the water. The property could used some updates, one of the rooms the door didn’t close properly. The second bathroom was extremely small when showering the water spilled out and the water didn’t get hot on the shower I am not sure if I couldn’t figured out how it works or the water heater didn’t work properly for that bathroom. Overall not a bad deal!
Thanks!”

“Great location. We were able to extend our stay by one day without difficulty. Small studio, but perfect for two people. Unit was clean and well appointed. Only Lacking a coffee maker.”

“My daughter and I just spent a week and had a great time. It is a good location, close to the kiosks and Luquillo beach. The beach in front of our condo was red flagged but a short walk away we could swim. The water was clear and the waves were nice. The condo had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the balcony morning and evening! The air conditioning in the bedroom was good for sleeping, but the other room always had a breeze and was pleasant. We would recommend it to our friends!”

“My stay was fantastic! I love the view, from balcony and even the bedroom. I loved waking up and being able to see the ocean from bed. Even with the air conditioner on, I could still hear the waves at night! So great.
I had everything I needed. Security was top-notch, with 24/7 guard and secured access to the beach. Pool was amazing.
The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need and more!
The location is superb. Close amazing restaurants and next to major hotels, like El San...

“The location is great. You can walk to the beach in 30 seconds. The building is on the older side. The AC in the master bedroom was not working. A few more trash bags and towels would be better. There are quite a few beach toys and things like that. ”
