I will premise my concerns by stating the owner noted a correction at the very bottom of the listing ...so be sure to read the ENTIRE listing. The photos shown show a well maintained and manicured property. The property is overgrown with trash laying about. There is no washer/dryer available and the fireplace is not to be used.
