“Great stay ruined by not refunding holding deposit still 1 month after we left. Holding deposit (£1800) taken from credit card instead of put on hold as agreed and has still not been refunded. Poor customer service having to chase for updates with no proof they have actually paid this back to us”
“All staff was very helpful and kind. Room was big enough and there was even washing machine into to the room with 2 capsules already there for washing your clothes!!!

“Heerlijk hotel op loopafstand van de Porto. Bij aankomst werd onze auto door het personeel geparkeerd want de parking is nogal lastig te vinden. Personeel is super vriendelijk. De locatie is geweldig, en de sushi in het restaurant was heel erg goed. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon, modern en netjes. Kortom, een echte aanrader.
Enige nadeel aan Tivat is de infrastructuur. Er staan vaak files.”
“We loved this hotel a lot. Everything was exquisite and very clean. The amount of thought that was put into every detail in those rooms we appreciated. We enjoyed the bath salts next to the tub and the Perricone MD bathroom toiletries were a plus. Beautiful area close to shopping and many restaurants. We definitely recommend this hotel and if we ever find ourselves back in Montenegro we will be back to this hotel. ”

“This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening. The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom. ”
“I highly recommend for anyone going to stay here! Besides the transport being difficult the hotel had helped with getting us a taxi accommodated. I can’t thank furkan enough as the prices were fair compared to the prices the main city taxis are. The staff in the hotel were lovely and made the experience a lot easier! Definitely worth the visit!”
“Amazing view from room and balcony overlooking Kotor Bay.
The breakfast was excellent however, the
food was not very good at the hotel, room service nor at the Virtu restaurant on the beach. If I’m honest it was more than poor and very overpriced considering the quality is below par. I would rate food ( excluding breakfast) as 1 star !
Such a shame as everything else at the hotel is first rate . ”

Bellissima sia la Spa che la piscina. Bella anche la spiaggia. Ottima colazione. Unica segnalazione: metterei un bollitore nelle camere per potersi fare un caffè.”
