“Cutlery althogh not used- dirty, bed horrible- no sleep ”

“No hot water, so couldn't have a shower. Or a warm water wash. They made me pay £10 extra when i got there "Because my original booked room had been given to someone else, so we had to give you a bigger one". Advertised as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast available. There was nothing on the property to indicate that it was a hotel, the front door code didn't work and the address they gave me was wrong, so i called at the wrong building when i arrived”

“Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati benissimo, ci hanno assegnato un appartamento bellissimo con tutte le comodità e pulitissimo. L' hotel è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio vivamente.”
