“Plenty of free parking. The price point was great just to come in town in the late afternoon and to check out in the early morning. I was in town to graduate. Bathroom with the tub and toilet extremely small. The hot water was a bit above warm water. The flow I can tell has the water saving screen. Bath towels are not plush and soft. “Very nice and welcoming host. Quick to respond. Home is beautiful and cozy. Beds are comfortable. Room to relax. Close commute to downtown Knoxville. Would highly recommend this host and property! Would stay here again.”

“Room was disappointedly dirty and the bed (although comfortable), squeaked loudly every time you moved. Breakfast was equally bad; the French Toast could have been used as a hockey puck it was so hard - broke my plastic fork trying to cut it!”

“One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Walls had holes, and the holes that had been filled in were not painted. Food from a previous guest was left in the refrigerator and I have no idea for how long. Opened the refrigerator door and it caused me to gag. No coffee maker. Manager had to track one down for us. No microwave. If you wanted to heat something up, you had to get dressed and go to the lobby. Sheets seemed clean, but the blanket had make-up stains on it. Requested maid...
