Hotel a Luttrell

“Front desk person not very friendly. Towels were terrible. Room was ok enough.”

“Property is dated and in need of some repair. Could not get the door to lock when we closed it. When we did we had difficult getting back in the room. One of the ice machines was broken so we had to go to a different building to get ice. Sheets were clean but had some stains. There were a few slices of bread a couple of bagels and coffee set out for breakfast. Not really any amenities. ”

“Property was well maintained and all of the staff was great! Especially Ms. Dana serving breakfast. The breakfast was hot, fresh and area was kept very clean throughout the morning. My only disappointment was the size of the fitness center. Not a deal breaker since Southern Fitness is close by. A MUST visit for gym lovers. Overall, a wonderful stay and will definitely book again!”

“Hotel is in a good location. We were able to take advantage of the public parking which is convenient and not difficult to get to versus the $45/night valet charge. The water pressure in our room was VERY POOR. We had an issue with our commode flushing properly. The maintenance engineer came quickly; however, he changed the handle, and the commode could no longer be flushed with the lid on---that was bizarre. We were to have housekeeping daily; we did not. We had to retrieve towels for the...

“The hotel is well situated right off I40. The breakfast is ok. Needs to have more of a variety and freshness. Like fresh eggs and fruit! Too many carbs for my taste. The elevator broke on the last day. Felt bad for housekeeping and the handicapped. Had an incident with front desk clerk that told us to keep our two year old grandson quiet because she could not concentrate. He was excited to see us but was not misbehaving. He’s only a baby!!!! She had the nerve to say that to us, but yet...
