Guest access
You have access to the appartement, underground parking lot and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Fresh Towels and bedsheets are provided upon arrival. Additional cleaning service is available upon request.
Other things to note
STRICTLY NO PARTIES - READ CAREFULLY

To protect our neighbours & assets the apartment is fitted with privacy-safe noise sensors. All guest names must be registered . In case of repeated noise after warning you and/or indication of presence of unauthorised guests we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and send our 24hr security patrol and/or the police to ensure the property is safe at a cost of 300 euros. You will have to vacate the property and also be liable for the extra guest fees and rental fees for the nights canceled. If police is called to the property there will be an additional fee of 300 euros plus and all fines / court fees payable by the reservation holder.

Loss of any Key or Parking pass will be charged 300 euro.
Unauthorised late checkout will be charged 50 euro.
Unauthorised late checkout of more than 2 hours gets a charge of the base rate for the next day. This is does not allow you to stay and you will be responsible for reimbursing any refunds to guests affected by your late checkout.

Stays for more than 30 days receive the right to register with the state as official residence (for the duration of your stay). To avoid abuse there is a fee of 250 euros and a deposit of 500 euros returned to you when you deregister. This is perfect for newcomers to facilitate set up banking, social security and more.
