“This place is the most horrible place to stay. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was widely open upon returning from dinner. The room is noisy and the staff wasnt helpful at all. I asked for a refund as we are concerned for our safety and security but they've refused. Imagine you are all women staying in supposed to be a safe place, only finding out that your room was entered into without your knowledge and permission and leaving the door wide open with our personal belongings...

“first time in Manila so, cannot compare with other hotels. Position is conveniently near to the airport and malls, however rooms facing the main road are very, very noisy also during the night. Breakfast and wifi just sufficient, asked for check out at 14.00 hrs, I was offered a poor 12.30 hrs. Some nice smiling faces at the reception. ”
