“.The breakfast service needs clearer instructions on how to order custom egg preparations (such as omelettes or sunny-side-up eggs). I stood at the counter for quite a while, but the chef just stared at me without saying anything. When I finally asked if I could have sunny-side-up eggs prepared over-easy, the chef simply told me to go ahead and take a seat. I was left wondering how the kitchen would remember my specific order and table number, especially after the delay. I eventually had to ask...

“L'insonorizzazione da migliorare. Eravamo nella camera 7022 e si sentivano troppo i rumori della strada ( non degli aerei). Colazione sufficiente per essere un HI Express, bravi a farla dalle 6:00 AM, ma troppe cose un po' insapori. Comunque un buon rapporto qualità prezzo se si prenota con degli sconti.”

“Clean room. TV doesn’t work because of poor WiFi. Breakfast is good but not buffet as advertised. Location is good but the noise from the vehicles is terrible!!! Kept us awake. Hotel is, right in the shopping center and downstair food court. ”
