“I’ll keep it short, Pros: - staff is helpful - location is near airport - price is decent - AC is frozen cold - good size rooms - adjustable mini fridge shelf rack Cons: - AC is really really cold (thermostat can’t be fine tuned) - old/classic amenities (depends if you like it that way) - breakfast buffet menu is very limited - elevators are too small/cramped - neighborhood isn’t ideal for walking around outside - hot/cold water fluctuates in the shower. “Stayed for one night in between flights. Security/check in personal were good. Close to mall of Asia to waste time. Pull out couch is nothing special but room was clean and AC worked. Host was quick to respond to questions.”

“Everything was good except the aircon wasn't that strong which made the room kinda warm and uncomfortable. We checked the filter and it was built up with dirt and dust. After cleaning it the aircon finally got the room nice and cold.”

“The property location is very close to MOA. Entrance to condo is very nice and clean. However, we notice the poor or substandard unit structure. Some walls and cabinet paints are peeling, cabinet doors need fixing. Shampoo smells bad. And body wash not properly dispensing. But the overall price per stay is reasonable and budget friendly.”
