“Executive lounge staff were excellent . Manager Yung on night duty was professional and made sure that guests had a perfect experience . Gideon and Paul (gym manager) were excellent, they showed us the sauna and other amenities. Paul saw I was walking barefoot and he hurriedly provided slippers around the pool area. Hoping to be back soon !”

“The property was close to the mall of Asia. I felt safe walking outside the property. We did made a mistake. Booking two twin beds in the room felt small. The check-in is located on the third floor in the other, transferred to another elevator to get to your room. The only issue I have is that room did not work in the pool floor initially so I had to make another trip to registration desk. Overall, the stay was good.”

“Shuttle is not free. Room is clean but not well maintained as the shower is dilapidated with shower head unsteady and loosened, toiletries holder is rusty and broken. No rags or towel were provided and i have to call 3 times and only given on our second day. Food for breakfast is average. U call the front desk or housekeeping unguaranteed when they take ur call.”

“Hotel is well kept , staff were very helpful and the location is very strategic . It’s near the airport , walking distance to MOA ( though they offer a shuttle service ) , train station , and Baclaran church .”

“For an overnight layover this is a great place to get. Basic but clean, bed comfy, great and quiet location close to the airport. Coffee shop and 24hr seven eleven next door, which is convenient for necessities since hotel has no amenities.”

“Mold in bathroom. Stains on the walls. Linens were off-white, old . Booked for 2 weeks. Left after 1 night.”

“The property location is very close to MOA. Entrance to condo is very nice and clean. However, we notice the poor or substandard unit structure. Some walls and cabinet paints are peeling, cabinet doors need fixing. Shampoo smells bad. And body wash not properly dispensing. But the overall price per stay is reasonable and budget friendly.”

“This place was awesome. It is in a great location and the staff were extremely friendly. It was clean and the a/c was cold. I would definitely stay here again.”

“My room was not as clean as my last visit. Staff were courteous. Breakfast was decent. Mall is next door. Location is very close to the airport.”

“Everything was good except the aircon wasn't that strong which made the room kinda warm and uncomfortable. We checked the filter and it was built up with dirt and dust. After cleaning it the aircon finally got the room nice and cold.”
