“I am giving a 5 star simply because of the hotel staff. Everyone is genuinely nice from the security guards to concierge to front desk, they seem to live their job and love working with the company. “This place is the most horrible place to stay. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was widely open upon returning from dinner. The room is noisy and the staff wasnt helpful at all. I asked for a refund as we are concerned for our safety and security but they've refused. Imagine you are all women staying in supposed to be a safe place, only finding out that your room was entered into without your knowledge and permission and leaving the door wide open with our personal belongings...
