“This place is the most horrible place to stay. I will NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was widely open upon returning from dinner. The room is noisy and the staff wasnt helpful at all. I asked for a refund as we are concerned for our safety and security but they've refused. Imagine you are all women staying in supposed to be a safe place, only finding out that your room was entered into without your knowledge and permission and leaving the door wide open with our personal belongings...

“It is an OK hotel if you have the spend the night close to the airport, but that's just about it. The hotel offers a "free shuttle service" from the airport, which is kind of a joke. I had to wait almost one hour to get a ride when i arrived and on the return trip to the airport, the day after, the driver asked "vividly" for a tip. If you use Grab it is a 150 pesos ride (a little bit more than 2 euros), which i strongly suggest. It is gonna be faster, more efficient and hassle free. The room...
