“Their holding so long to checking in amenities terrible swimming pool have to travel next places that takes an hr.on line very nice view with swimming pool but in person is not what you see online its disappointing all my guest was disappointed .never book again amd is not recommended to the other friends and families”

“The staff were all courteous, polite and very professional. That is from the security guard up to the concierges. I did have some slight issues with the check in but they were able to resolve the matter responsively. They went above and beyond the service and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to my family members and friends. The stay overall was 10/10!”

“Stayed for a night only, wanting to extend but fully booked instead. The walking distance to MOA and other restaurants nearby makes this stay more worth it. Staff was very kind and helpful! If youre not wanting to walk around as much or at all, i would suggest a different stay. But its definitely worth it. Myself and Rhea would definitely book again when visiting!”

“The property location is very close to MOA. Entrance to condo is very nice and clean. However, we notice the poor or substandard unit structure. Some walls and cabinet paints are peeling, cabinet doors need fixing. Shampoo smells bad. And body wash not properly dispensing. But the overall price per stay is reasonable and budget friendly.”

“Too many roaches in the room constantly even after I cleaned it, facility is aware of the roach problem and put it in the rules for staying saying to keep window, patio door, and room door closed to help with this, the picture online is not what you get not even close. This was just a room not a honeymoon suite. It’s not acceptable to have to pay for the room deal with an infestation of roaches and also be expected to pay extra to use the swimming pool. Come on that should be included in the...

“Everything was good except the aircon wasn't that strong which made the room kinda warm and uncomfortable. We checked the filter and it was built up with dirt and dust. After cleaning it the aircon finally got the room nice and cold.”
