“Booked here and then read a lot of recent bad reviews….my experience was the exact opposite. All the staff were extremely friendly. Anything I needed was dealt with as quickly as possible. I had a jacuzzi suite- jacuzzi worked great, the room ahead an incredible view, room service was affordable and quick, front desk staff arranged taxi service for me, air conditioning worked great and I didn’t see any bugs. Sure there are locals trying to sell souvenirs-but that’s everywhere in the Philippines!...

“ The staff are rude, no one help my luggages the reception is at the second floor you have to enter in the garage and pay 60 pesos and more the officer incharge the name "Angela", teaching me what to make next booking funny woman, judgemental hahahha I almost live in hotels from USA, Europe to Asia. I have booked for 3 days but stayed for 18 hours only, hope to I can have my refund of the days that I have not consume. ”
