“We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”

Bagno rifatto da poco...avrebbero potuto mettere un rubinetto unico nel lavandino, anziché quegli impossibili rubinetti gallesi che non ti consentono di mischiare acqua fredda e calda! “Nobody at the property when we arrived, had to wait 10 minutes for the housekeeping lady to arrive. She was great and very apologetic. Room was freezing on arrival.”
