“This little cottage was the perfect spot to celebrate my 60th birthday weekend with friends. 🎉 It was so close to my party at the Tornado Room that we basically just floated over there. The place feels like stepping back in time in the best way — the kind of porch where you have to sit in a rocking chair and people-watch for hours. I absolutely loved it. The beds were super comfortable, there’s a Keurig for your morning coffee (very important ☕️), and the owner even left the sweetest welcome...

“Everything was just as advertised. Warm and clean rooms. Easy to access from main road. Only issue was front porch light was not working. All appliances and TVs worked great. Would recommend to others. One note is that it is in a subdivision, so neighbors are close.”

“I would not stay here. the mold in the shower was disgusting. The furniture was dirty.Sofas would be thrown out at my house…20 years ago. Clutter clutter clutter…I have photos if you want.”

“Our family had an amazing stay at this Franklin property. The setting was stunning and the home was beautiful. Great communication from the host. The only minor inconveniences were the 3 propane tanks were empty so we couldn’t BBQ - the host offered someone to come out to replace but our kiddos were starving so we had to cook right away. And the air hockey table was out of battery so didn’t work. But no biggie! We would happily stay here again and are looking forward to booking another trip! ”

“The host was welcoming and accessible at all times. The home is beautiful, clean, and stocked with all the necessities for a traveling family. We loved being there, seen the horse, goats, chickens, and ducks every morning was relaxing and beautiful. Thor was a delight, what a beautiful and friendly dog. We also loved the eggs, meat, and cheese left in the refrigerator to welcome us - they were all delicious. I will recommend this place to everyone.”
