Charming 3-bedroom home in a perfect location - 5min to LU

This unique and centrally located home is in a quiet Lynchburg neighborhood. It is a perfect base for your stay in the city. This home is ideal for any length of stay. You will have quick and easy access to universities, nearby shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants. Liberty University is only 2.7 miles away! Anything you could need is only a quick drive away. We would love the opportunity to host you!
With 3 comfortable bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for you and your guests to relax and unwind. There is a nice back deck for spending your evenings as well as a spacious non-fenced backyard. There is free off street parking on premises for three cars as well as free street parking.
There are 10 stairs to enter the home. There is a keypad for easy entry and you will receive the door code upon booking.

Perfect bungalow home!

There are quite a few stairs for the property so elderly may have some troubles. It was the most adorable property and so close to everything. We could wake up and enjoy coffee on the screened in porch. The kitchen was fully stocked for a nice family dinner in the evenings. Very clean!

Charming. Exactly as pictured

You will never find a more receptive host.Since no one booked before us, he let us in a little early, which was so appreciated. Any issues he encountered, he promptly responded. This felt like a home away from homeWith that said, I would stay here again in an instant. However, this wasn’t the most elderly or kid friendly establishment. There are steps to gain entrance into the property and steps to the shower. There are no plastic plates or cups. But,If you are in town for a game or a short stay, this place is perfect. This also was a great location and convenient to everything. I was very comfortable here.

Great Space; Wonderful Host

You will enjoy your stay at this immaculate location. My husband and I were quite pleased with this charming home. There is plenty of room and all the necessary amenities. Jacob was extremely responsive and helpful. The home is situated in a great location with plenty of restaurants and a major grocer nearby.

Great Stay!

The house was great and my family absolutely loved staying here. We, well me, really enjoyed the enclosed patio. It was a nice place to hang out during the thunderstorm. Bathrooms, bedrooms and other living areas were nice and clean. Kitchen was nicely appointed with plates, cups, a Keurig. The owner had great communication. Everything was within a 10 min drive.

Comfortable stay

Clean, sleek, minimalist home creating a comfortable stay and a very relaxing environment. Very child friendly, going as far as having electrical plug covers. Be sure to request use of washer and dryer if needed. Host was very accommodating to unlock the washer and dryer for us to do laundry on our long road trip. We loved our stay.

Lovely property and Great communication

Our family enjoyed our recent stay in this home. It was very clean and comfortable. It has plenty of space for our family. We would definitely stay again. And we really appreciated the excellent communication we had with Jacob. He was very gracious to take care of a maintenance issue that arose while we were there. We appreciate his help.

It was very comfortable with a lot of character but it didn’t have a washing dryer, which would’ve been great. It would’ve been nice if it had to grill on the back for people that like cooking on the grill overall it was a nice place sunny room and closet. Space.

CFAW stay

We stayed here during CFAW at Liberty University! The house was a great place to land at the end of each day! We really only slept here. The mattress, the pillows, the sheets, the duvets all very comfortable!
