“Their website needs to be updated. The art gallery is closed. The rooftop restaurant and access is closed. No hot breakfast or restaurant at all- “grab and go” which is all fine- however let the website reflect this. Otherwise I would have chosen a different place. However I loved the hotel and location. Also our ac didn’t work and we asked about it being looked at twice. Very cute charming place just wish things were open.”

“I arrived late at night and the check-in was confusing… I had to come back downstairs to fix some things… The charging portals by the bed didn’t work. It’s certainly an acceptable hotel but I remember when the Sheraton brand was better.”

“The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful in guiding us to restaurants near the hotel and the different amenities offered by the hotel. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every day and liked the different items that were served including eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, yogurt, and fruit.”

“The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was awesome. We were very impressed with the gym! The rooms were spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“Poor chlorine was absolutely awful, no hot tub! Never got room service- needed towels and garbage bags. The rooms were very very small- good luck if you have a stroller! Parking is awful, $40/night for valet which is a rip off. ”
