“As others have stated, the rooms are very dated. Even though it's a non-smoking hotel, my room smelled a cigarette smoke. If you are a light sleeper, make sure you book a room away from the ice machine. The bathrooms were clean and the sheets and towels were fresh.”

“Needed to be mindful of your surroundings as homeless people would sometimes walk through the parking lot but once inside the hotel, you felt safe. Good breakfast options but not much room to sit at times so took the food back to the room. It was quiet at night so very much appreciated that! The room could use another accessible extension cord.”

“Bathroom soap, body wash and hair conditioner dispensers did not work properly. Floor in bathroom was not mopped and carpet in room area was not vacuumed. Upon arrival noticed the bedroom had strong cigarette smell and bathroom an overpowering bleach smell. One could not mask the other. Bed frame sat on squares of wood so as to elevate and the ill fitting, ripped dust ruffle from touching the floor. On a positive, the staff was polite, friendly and effective. “Excellent stay with spacious room with normal bed. It is near a marina and hidden pretty well in Dayton St. Parking is tight and close to a pub. The AC unit was Ia little noisy. The in room coffee was good. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices such as several juices, mix eggs, potatoes, sausage links or oatmeal or cereal or waffle or fresh fruit. All with China plates and metal utensils. The coffee maker has multiple choices too with regular coffee, latte, mocha etc..”

“Front desk guy was very rude and laughed at us when our Door dash didn’t show up and was probably ly one of the top 10 worst customer service experiences I have had but at least the front desk gal when we checked out was nice.(the only nice employee we encountered). The light above our vanity just flickered the whole time and blinds broken and didn’t close in the bedroom or the living room.
