“Was very surprised how nice the room was and the kitchenette, full size refrigerator and 2 electric stove top burners.”

“My stay at this location was extremely disappointing and, at times, felt disrespectful. I only get to see my children twice a year, so this trip was very important to me. Unfortunately, even my kids noticed the lack of cleanliness, asking, “Do they not clean rooms here?”—which was frustrating, especially after I had requested room service multiple times without results. To make matters worse, there were renovations happening in my room during my stay, which was both disruptive and unacceptable....

“Staff were friendly, facility was clean and neat. Breakfast was good too! Shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion smelled great! Room had a malfunctioning curtain held in place w large paper clips. Pull-out couch was terrible for our kids. The springs could be felt everywhere.”

“I don’t travel a ton but I can honestly say that my room was probably the worst room I’ve ever had. The first two outlets I tried didn’t work at all. The air conditioning unit was incredibly loud and made odd noises. The toilet in the bathroom was not secure so it moved around and was unpleasant underneath. It looked like someone at some point had sat in the bar/buffet thing that runs along the wall, and it was pushed down at an angle, which is probably why that outlet didn’t work. Then we could...

“The room was clean and spacious and up to date. The location was the best part. I enjoyed the breakfast. I also loved their small “store” in the lobby with snacks and drinks.”

The Challenges: The property is outdated, which could be overlooked if the maintenance and stocking were proactive, but unfortunately, they weren't. Essential items like creamer were unavailable and never restocked during the stay. Beyond the shortage of towels and blankets, the items provided were in poor condition. “I've stayed here at this location several times as my son is stationed locally in the US Marine Corp. I love this location, my only request would be to work on your elevators. During each stay, it would seem that only one elevator would be working. This makes for slow movement for all of your guests and pushes the limit of the working elevator if overcrowded.”
