A dog lives in the house but will not be present during the rentals.
A tenant lives in a separate part of the house. His entrance is independent, he has no access to the garden but his windows look out onto the garden.

Our properties are all inhabited by families, a far cry from the standardised and sanitised properties dedicated solely to rental.

#The Neighbourhood
Just 5 minutes by car from the old town of Lyon or the Place Bellecour, you are in the city and in the peace and quiet. Old Lyon is part of the Unesco World Heritage area.
The old areas with narrow streets separate the buildings by traboules. A mixture of styles mingle in the lively streets. A famous market is present every morning except Monday on the quai St Antoine.

Lyon
The "Best European weekend destination" according to the World Travel Awards 2016, Lyon has managed to transform itself and offer a cultural programme marked by numerous festivals (Fête des lumières, Festival Lumière, Nuits Sonores, Biennale de l'art et de la danse, Quai du polar, Woodstower...).
Unesco, which has listed 500 hectares of the city as World Heritage, has not been mistaken. The ochre colours of the facades of old Lyon and the Croix-Rousse, the astonishing mixture of Gothic from the Middle Ages with the Italian Renaissance style give it a unique charm. Between the Saône and the Rhône, the former capital of the Gauls, of silk and of printing, Lyon the lively one, has become one of the major metropolises of France and of Europe today, economically, gastronomically and culturally, with the opening of the Musée des Confluences in particular.)

Bed linen and towels are included in all our properties. However, we recommend that you bring your own pool towels and bed linen for babies.
Pets: Subject to acceptance by the owners, an additional cleaning fee of 150€ will be charged.
