Located at the foot of the “Gros Caillou”, Cocoonr offers you this beautiful 32 m² apartment on the ground floor of a typical Croix-Rousse building. A perfect pied-à-terre for your leisure or professional stays.

It benefits from a luminosity worthy of Canut Croix Roussiens apartments and is located in a quiet street.

The accommodation comprises
- A living room with a single sofa bed, TV and WIFI.
- A fully-equipped kitchen: kettle, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher, a bar table with high chairs, so you can enjoy a convivial meal.
- An independent bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a glass roof overlooking the living room, which can be closed off with a curtain, a closet with hanging space and storage space.
- A bathroom with bath, washbasin, towel dryer and washing machine.
- Separate toilet.

- Part- Dieu train station : take C13 in 30 minutes

La grande rue de la Croix-Rousse, where you can stroll from store to store, and the daily market on boulevard de la Croix-Rousse. A district with breathtaking views over Lyon, and a multitude of staircases that take you to the Presqu'île district on foot.

Great apartment, but the building needs some attention.

We enjoyed Croix Rousse and the apartment. Though very small, it was modern, the kitchen was orderly and well suited for our needs. The linens were good and the bedroom storage was nice. Our biggest concern was the building itself. The entry area and corridor leading to the apartment needs some attention. What was particularly bothersome was the lack of working lights in the hallway. In order to safely navigate our way to the apartment, we needed to use the light on our mobile phone so we could see. Once we got to the apartment, the light switch by the door worked and would illuminate the corridor, but to get to that switch we needed the light on our phone.

Très beau logement

Le logement est très beau et bien placé. En revanche, même si le quartier des pentes de La Croix rousse est très typique, la rue et l’immeuble ne sont pas tops. Le logement est refait à neuf et l’extérieur ne rend pas hommage à l’intérieur. Très belle déco, literie fragile mais confortable, plomberie qui mérite un petit contrôle. Mais globalement, le séjour était agréable et l’agence très réactive, ce qui est un plus.
