Located 5-minute walk from Jean Jaurès metro station, on the first floor of a secured residence and close to all amenities and shops.

This nice 38 m² apartment comes with a cosy bedroom with a 160*200 bed, a living room with a 160*200 sofa bed, a 4 persons dining table, a TV set on the wall and a fully equipped little kitchen.

You will also enjoy a nice bathroom with a bathtub, and a washing machine is available too.

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, Nespresso, oven, microwave...). Sheets and towels are included.

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to the connected lock on the apartmen's door. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
