Charming apartment for 4 people located on St Antoine Street in the 3rd arrondissement of Lyon, near the train station and Part Dieu shopping center. Tram and bus stops are just 2 minutes on foot.
On the 1st floor (no elevator), it is located in a quiet one-way street, just next to Cours Lafayette with its shops and public transport.

The tastefully decorated apartment offers high-quality, new equipment (bed and sofa in particular for great comfort):

A lovely living area with a lounge space, a comfortable sofa bed (140x190 cm), TV, and a small desk.

A kitchenette equipped with a large fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, and kitchen utensils; a dining area with high stools.

A separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140x190 cm), bedside table and lamp, and a small wardrobe. Manual blinds at the window.

A shower room with a washing machine and hairdryer.

Available: iron, vacuum cleaner, mop, and bucket.

The bed will be prepared according to the number of people indicated in the reservation.

The neighborhood offers a wide variety of shopping options. It is concentrated and convenient with the Part-Dieu shopping center and Halles Paul Bocuse, while also scattered throughout the neighborhood's various areas. Over 800 shops are available in the area, with 30% being cafes and restaurants. The shopping center has 240 shops and restaurants and welcomes 35 million visitors annually.

Sports and Cultural Facilities
Need some entertainment? You can enjoy a walk along the Nelson Mandela esplanade, attend a concert at the auditorium, catch a movie in one of the 14 cinemas, or spend time at the Bourse du Travail. AEROPORT St EXUPERY / APARTMENT:
To get to the apartment from St Exupéry airport, take the Rhône Xpress to Part-Dieu train station and get off at Part-Dieu. The apartment is 10 minutes on foot.
