“This is a very tired hotel and I would not recommend. The food is not great and the bedrooms are shabby. I wanted to leave after the first night - It really needs some work.
The bar and housekeeping staff were really lovely though. Please make the rooms more hospitable and improve the menu.”

“Great location for the family, right on the front and close to all amenities. Hotel facilities are plentiful, but need updating. The room we had was at the back of the hotel, and due to the warm weather, our windows needed to be open, which was unfortunate as the kitchen fan was directly outside and ran constantly from around 6 am until quite late. We had a leak from the room above into our bathroom while we stayed, but this was dealt with quickly for us and the room was very comfortable...

“Spa was lovely, clean and fantastic facilities. Room was well equipped with comfortable bed. The orangery had to be the highlight. The food is incredible!”

“Expecting refurbished spa disappointed with condition Six people were awaiting entry at 6.30am let in five minutes late.windows rattled from wind regularly was assigned another room which was more spacious and good.limited to two pillows for couple people offering limited support.Food was good and well presented thank you.”
