“My room was clean. Staff responsive. Breakfast and sundry amenities were better than the marketing shows. The parking lot is next to the building, but it's an open lot—not "secure" as their marketing claims. The marketing photos show the good parts of the hotel, and there are some. But there is more photo glitz than reality. The lake view is interrupted by a shoddy paved area, and the lake itself is unattractive. “This hotel was very underwhelming. I've stayed at other hotels for the same price or less and have had much better experiences. This hotel is in need of an upgrade. The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast left much to be desired. Staff wasn't rude or mean, but wasn't overly friendly either. Going forward, when we stay in the Minneapolis/st paul area I will avoid this hotel.”
