“We liked the breakfast. It was a very nice hotel with a nice fitness room and laundry services. We would recommend this hotel as it was very convenient. Our minibar was broken so we did not have that convience. They said we could keep it downstairs which is not convenient but nice of them. Of course we forgot everything when we left.”

“They tried to charge my card ELEVEN different times for $50 and they successfully got one of those transactions to go through. I’ve spoken to the manager and the MULTIPLE clerks at the desk. I asked for an itemized sheet when I checked out, they didn’t email it as promise. I have about $200 that they have of mine that I’ve still not gotten back. The pillows and the floor were covered in blood. It was so much easier to throw everything to the side instead of trying to get help. No one knows...

“The location of the hotel allowed us to walk everywhere in downtown St. Paul. Our room was unique and had views of two beautiful churches, the light rail and also the state capital. The breakfast was a thoughtful arrangement of foods including soy milk which delighted me! The downstairs bar was a nice spot to sit and relax with friends. The staff was welcoming and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!!”
