“The staff were all great and kind. They are there to help. They have a restaurant on the ground level convenient for early breakfast or late dinner. Bathroom was clean and disinfected. Utilities such as ceiling fan and AC unit were functioning. Simply it’s a place to stay if you are looking for economical places for short trip to Mumbai alone or friends ”

“This hotel has been the base for our first nigh in Mumbay and our last night, coming back from our trip. The first night we spent there, the room wasn't available, and after waiting for 30 mins they gave us a room that was not adequate. We complained a bit so to have a better treatment when coming back from our trip, and actually we found a very pleasant room were to spend our last night of holiday. Quite far away from Mumbay city center,but conveniente for the airport, the hotel has an airport...

The rooms are small but well cleaned also the bath is very small but just to stay for one or two days for business can be suitable. The Oriental residency has at the first floor the restaurant and They serve e good food that can avoid to go outside for dinner The value of money in any case is not very good”
