“All has been perfect Just one note: I had dinner and the red wine was cold (not room temperature)”

“Ibis è una garanzia di comfort, essenzialità e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Anche questa nuova struttura di Mumbai BKC lo conferma.”

“Clean room , staff helpful, food is below average , lunch was not good at all plus expensive , overall good, take food from outside. Neighborhood is not good”

“This hotel has been the base for our first nigh in Mumbay and our last night, coming back from our trip. The first night we spent there, the room wasn't available, and after waiting for 30 mins they gave us a room that was not adequate. We complained a bit so to have a better treatment when coming back from our trip, and actually we found a very pleasant room were to spend our last night of holiday. Quite far away from Mumbay city center, but conveniente for the airport, the hotel has an airport...

“Good”

“Great location and well managed apartment. Cleaning every day along with small touches like leaving chocolates. Very happy with the stay.”

“Good hotel, courteous professional staff & great svc”

“Nice staff. I expected it to be more clean and smell better. The safe in the room was broken but never ended up getting fixed. Breakfast was average.”

“This hotel is in easy reach of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are clean, service is good. Would be nice if they had a dining room , instead of breakfast served in your room. Overall a convenient place to stay short term or a stopover before or after flights. ”

“This hotel in Khar is a normal 3 star hotel located in a good position if you want also go to Bandra. The rooms are small but well cleaned also the bath is very small but just to stay for one or two days for business can be suitable. The Oriental residency has at the first floor the restaurant and They serve e good food that can avoid to go outside for dinner The value of money in any case is not very good”
