“Beautiful hotel and proximity to attractions, food, beach views was perfect. However, my check-in experience wasn’t the greatest and customer service lacked. I called a few days prior to request an early check in and when I arrived (about 2 hours before check in time), this wasn’t able to be accommodated. I went out for food and arrived about 30 minutes before official check in time and room still wasn’t ready. However, I spoke to a different front desk agent and they were accommodating, and...

“My husband and I drove the coast of California from Paso Robles to stay here in Monterey. After a long day of driving, we were thrilled to enter the building and hear they have upgraded us to partial ocean view. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed a relaxing view before dinner. It is centrally located near lot of activities, cafés, beaches, and more! I would like to also give a special shout out to Stacy at the front desk, who was so kind and greeted us and gave us food recommendations and things...

“The hotel was stylish and new with very friendly staff and great amenities. There was also a nice restaurant on-site which made it easy to dine all meals if needed or was right beside multiple restaurants within easy walking distance. I loved the dog friendliness, my 2 pups received a little welcome gift. We would definitely stay here again!”

“La struttura è molto bella e ben tenuta , il personale è stato gentile , è una casa in stile che a noi personalmente non ha fatto impazzire , anche la colazione non era molto curata, la posizione è comoda per visitare la zona . Non mi è piaciuta molto la risposta del titolare , penso quando ho visto che meta del parcheggio era inagibile e l'altra metà occupata, lui mi ha risposto che potevo parcheggiare fuori dal parcheggio gratuitamente. Per il resto è andato tutto bene ”

“Clean, comfortable and well maintained property that’s good value for the area. Great location. They’ve worked hard to bring some nice charm and character to the “motel” bones of the place. The only issue is that the walls are a bit thin - hopefully you have quiet neighbors next to your room. ”
