“Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee! Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for”

"The hotel is in a splendid location along the river, with convenient parking in the adjacent square. The town centre is easily accessible on foot via a pedestrian bridge over the river. However, the cleanliness of the rooms is disappointing. They are spacious and well furnished but a little austere."
