“Not good”

“Breakfast never had any meat, but was always fresh. Rooms were clean and maintained, but very dim in the room and the bathroom. Overall, great staff and great location if you’re going to the Canton Fair”

“ホテルの入り口、ロビー、部屋とも申し分ないくらい綺麗で、広々としてました。予約したとき、ホテル紹介画像が合成のようだったので不安で1泊しか予約しませんでしたが、しっかり写真を載せてくれれば2泊目もここにしたのにと思いました。 中国高速鉄道の広州南駅から距離は１km程度で、歩いて10分程度だと思ったのですが、途中に大通りがあって、そこは歩行者用の地下トンネルで行かなければいけないのですが、このルートが少し迂回気味になります。なので徒歩15分程度だと思ば良いと思います。 ホテル側が広州南駅行きの無料シャトルバスを1時間に１本運行しています。 仕事で紙袋が必要だったり、宅急便を送る必要があったのですが、フロントスタッフはいずれも嫌な顔せず、快く手伝ってくれました。 また泊まりたいと思います。”

“Check-in staff was unexperienced and couldn't find my reservation for quite some time. Had to seek help from other staff. So spent quite long at check-in. Otherwise in general the hotel is fine.”

“We had good times. But we hope the pool was open as it was advertise online, during booking it says that the pool was inclusive when we got there they told us that the pool is closed so we were a little disappointed about that other than that everything went well”

“I was not disappointed. The food service to my room was fantastic, and I would like to thank your chefs. I was very impressed with their burgers. The shrimp was also incredible. I hope that if I return the same quality of food will be there. ”
