“A really lovely placr to stay, place is clean, a little dated but everytjing works well. But what truly makes it a great place is the staff. So friendly, special mention to Joy working the breakfast shift, ask her nucelt and she makes a special coffee juat for you. Also Rogina (spelling?) who looks after the high numbers on 7th floor bedrooms, always a cheery smile and gello, asks about your day etc. I had some time to kill on one of my days so got to use the spa, a nice relaxing massage Bar...

“Checked in and our room was not clean there was food left in mini fridge and room clearly not vacuumed staf changed us rooms but will not stay again”

“Bathroom wasn’t cleaned; had to ask for housekeeping to come up. Someone tried to enter our room because front desk gave them keys to it. Overall, not the best experience.”
