“It was great to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Close to the state park with lighthouse museum and fort michilimackinac within easy walking distance. The free shuttle bus to Sheplers ferry dock was also appreciated.”

“Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. When we arrived, there was only one towel provided for the room. We also found hair in the bathtub, stains on the sheets, and the room was very outdated. The shower never got more than lukewarm, so we didn't have hot water during our stay. The outside pool/hot tub was also not an enjoyable experience, as several people were drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana while using it, which made it uncomfortable for us and other guests. “The property looks very clean on the outside in pictures but the exterior walls have not been cleaned in a very long time. The lobby to check in was very clean. The room was very clean as well. Very well stocked with towels, washcloths, and hand towels. It was very aggravating to get the luggage to the room with the cart as you have to go to the other end of the building for the elevator and go through 2 hallways and doors and maneuver thru very narrow hallways.
