“We stayed at the farmhouse because we were attending a wedding at the hotel 2mins away- on arrival we were greeted by Peter, friendly and welcoming, a working dairy farm so fresh milk in the room, a good selection of teas and complimentary biscuits.

“3 nights family stay, the gym is small but well equipped, the location is gorgeous and the housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast is very good but could improve in terms of variety. The restaurant has a limited menu and is the same of the bar. The service was very slow in general. Wifi was fast and very stable. Excellent value in general for the money .”

“My first time here, as the hotel in Derby where I usually stay was fully booked. The hotel is 1 mn walk from the train station and 5 mn walk from the shopping centre. If you have a car, there is a nice private car park for the guests. I had a single room. Room was fine to be a single, but the bathroom is very small. Also bed is not very confortable. Very good wi-fi connection. Breakfast was ok and same for the restaurant in the evening”

“The staff could not have been more helpful, I had to be admitted to hospital yesterday evening and my partner called the hotel who were so kind and understanding when it transpired that my belongings might need to be set aside.
the lady who staffed the breakfast serving was so patient and smiley giving terrific customer service.

A pochi minuti dal centro, se uno vuole fare un po’ di shopping, e a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione..ottima posizione!"
